Also, thanks to a specially developed paint remover, ultrasonic cleaning does not damage the aluminium, light-alloys or polypropylene of the spray guns.
The cleaning liquid can be reused for a year, as it doesnâ€™t expire. It is very simple to maintain since the user will only have to filter out the paint residue and refill the detergent that has evaporated or has been used in the cleaning process.
On the other hand, although the initial investment is higher than for other cleaning systems, an ultrasonic cleaner is more cost effective in the long term, since no maintenance is required and no components have to be replaced.
As opposed to alternate systems, ultrasonic cleaners donâ€™t have any nozzles or recirculating pumps to clean, or seals to be replaced, etc.

Also, thanks to its low evaporation levels, a smaller quantity of the product will be used, increasing the level of security when using and handling said product. The water used for rinsing the spray guns can also be filtered to remove all sediments, and can later be reintroduced in the cleaning tank.
